Once your order is shipped, please allow 5 business days for standard delivery. If you opt for our priority shipping service, your order will arrive within a shorter timeframe.
Domestic Shipping:
Our shipping rates for most items are based on weight and delivery location. To calculate rates for domestic purchases, simply add items to your cart and enter your zip code to calculate shipping charges. We strive to make shipping simple and affordable! Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we will determine the carrier used at the time of shipment.
International Shipping:
Rates are determined by weight, location, and speed of delivery via United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. You can obtain international shipping rates directly from our website.
Please note that local customs may require the customer to pay import charges on international shipments. The charges are at the cost of the customer.
Damages and Discrepancies:
Damages during transit or order discrepancies can occur. We require written notification within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item or if there is any discrepancy. In the event of damages, you must retain all original packaging and the damaged product. Failure to keep the original packaging will void all claims.
